  • Honey gingered pecans
  • Roasted red pepper Hummous and lemon flatbread

  • Tuscan peppered Chicken
  • Asparagus and Leek Risotto with Prosciutto
  • Individual chocolate molten cake with fresh raspberries

Menu Two

  • Asian Pear Slaw
  • Fresh Pacific Salmon with Hoisin, Orange and Bok Choy
  • OR Panfried Tofu with Caramel Sauce (for vegetarians)
  • Lime Noodles with Vegetables, Basil, and Sesame
  • Five-Spice Chocolate Cake
