* What to expect:

In order to ensure that your produce is always fresh, you will receive 1 grocery list for each week, therefore you should plan for 1 quick grocery store visit per week. If presently you do not cook very much, you may initially require a small financial investment towards re usable pantry items such as spices, vinegars, oils, grains and maybe even pots and pans in some cases. If you do not eat regularily, or you tend to eat convenience foods, you might notice that you are spending more than what you used to on groceries. This is an indicator that you are now receiving fresher, nutrient rich foods which are naturally higher in value and cost. And Finally; in order to make your plan work, you must take action and follow the steps in your guide.
